Volunteer
The NOFS needs year-round volunteers for our ever-growing list of festivals and events. We are looking to build a core group of dedicated volunteers to help out year-round, at events like the French Film Festival, New Orleans International Children’s Film Festival, monthly screenings, and more.
All volunteers will get priority shift preferences at our Film Festival in October as well as free admission to NOFS screenings and events. For each screening worked, volunteers get admission to that screening as well as a voucher for another screening.
Volunteers are asked to work at the NOFS table during screenings and events. Jobs at the NOFS table include: selling memberships, handing out flyers promoting upcoming screenings, and signing-up people to receive our email newsletters. Other volunteer jobs include: being an usher, collecting tickets, and organizing lines.
