American: The Bill Hicks Story
Synopsis
Some things go bump in the night, but what about crunch? A typical trip to the grocery store for 75-year-old Beverly Burns means picking up her cat’s favorite food and treating herself to a bag of figs. A strange craving for mustard greens turns a night in front of the TV into a horrifying discovery. A choice must be made to either dwell in the horror or find comedy in the situation. Beverly turns to her old sorority sister, her grandson, and a retired meat inspector for help.
